The purpose of the surge is to come alongside leaders and bring encouragement, help connect and create authentic relationships, and train and equip them to advance the kingdom of God in their sphere of influence.
The Surge Network is an apostolic ministry designed to cover and bring apostolic alignment to ministers, ministries, and churches.
Surge Network is Trifold
To network. Gathering leaders is essential in how we bring connectivity and synergy. We provide community through monthly gatherings, private Facebook groups to make a connection and hopefully partnerships.
To train. From hearing God's voice to developing business strategy, we come alongside leaders to build a powerful mindset towards growing, increasing influence, and moving in faith. We provide training through monthly zoom call training with high-level leaders in various spheres of influence through quarterly gatherings and opportunities to have one-on-one coaching and consultation.
To cover. The surge network has an apostolic mandate to ordain and cover ministers, ministries, and churches. We come alongside to provide specific equipping, training, and accountability.
